Description

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: *Stairs required* Self check-in with keypad. There is a ring doorbell at the property.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Spacious area! Large couch. TV.

Bedroom 1: Patio access! Queen bed. TV

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 2: Access via bedroom 2 or in the hallway.

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed - full and twin.

Patio: Spacious! Screened in.

Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area, and a club house - all while being just a short walk to the beach.

Beach: Walk out of the community and turn right, towards the ocean. Walk less than .5 miles down to our beautiful beach.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private in-unit.

Steve was a GREAT host… He was very responsive and made sure that we were ok. I went for a business family trip and I had a meeting online before checkout and everything just went well. I did wish that there were ELEVATORS because it on 3rd floor and I had to help a special needs family member a lot more!!!! However, the host was WONDERFUL.

Had a great time here at this place. We were in town for a Jeep event and the host went above and beyond to attend to any needs which weren't really any. Arrived in town a day early and Steven was able to accommodate that night as well on very short notice so we didn't ha e to find a hotel. Over all great place, great host. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub being it was slightly chilly out which was nice to enjoy in the evenings when back at the condo. Kids enjoyed the toys and things to play with while at the condo as well. Short walk or drive to the beach with easy access and there are beach chairs already available to use at the condo so no need to bring or buy. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The place was just like the picture great location. Close to everything you needed and just a few miles from to all the activities Myrtle Beach had to offer. The best part of the stay was the host Steven who was attentive to our every need helpful in every way provided lots of great food options. It was great highly recommended. My husband, friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Steven was very responsive and was always checking in to make sure that we were comfortable and find out if we needed anything during our stay. The home was very clean and organized. Love the beach vibe decoration in the home. I love that beach chairs were available for us to use. Steven is a wonderful host and will definitely visit again whenever we come back for a vacation in South Carolina!

Amazing stay! Close to the beach and a very kid friendly place to stay. Would definitely stay again! Hosts were super friendly and very responsive. They even sent recommendations for their favorite restaurants around the area. Responded very quickly to any message I sent as well. Loved our time there.

I love how communicative Steven was. We did experience a little hiccup during our stay but Steven was very proactive and determined and was able to resolve the issue within a reasonable time . I appreciate the communication and the sense of urgency Steven displayed and definitely recommend his place for anyone who wants peace and quiet but close to walkable adventures. Upon arrival, Steven even provided his recommendation of restaurants close by that he’s enjoyed and the seafood place he recommended was delish!! Over all I throughly enjoyed my stay, the 5 minute walk to the beach, and especially (surprisingly) how comfortable the beds were!!! I mean it was like sleeping on my own bed. Thank you Steven for truly being a Super Host!!!

They all were very responsive and incredibly helpful! There were some hiccups due to them just buying the property a couple of weeks before our stay, but they were incredibly proactive and with the issues that did arise and they were solved within minutes of reaching out!
