Welcome to this stunning Marina front condo situated in North Myrtle Beach, SC! This condo boasts beautiful upgrades throughout! Nearby you will find many restaurants, shops, and attractions to enjoy! Less 2 miles to our beach as well!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. 2 parking passes. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex elevators. This unit is on the 1st floor (not ground level).

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Large family room area with access to the waterfront balcony!

Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with access to the balcony! King bed.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: King bed. TV.

Bedroom 3: Double bed. TV.

Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway - also has bedroom 2 access.

Balcony: Peaceful and spacious balcony. Waterfront!

Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.

Marina: This complex is Marina front, connected to our beautiful waterway. Nearby, you will find businesses that provide the ability to rent boats, jet skis, etc. (fees apply) to enjoy while you are here!

Beach: Only about 2 miles (5 minutes) from this complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

We booked our stay at the last minute (the day of arrival!) due to a family emergency. Steven responded quickly and even had the place ready for us to check-in early, which was amazing (and very much appreciated)! The condo was beautiful, even better than pictured. It has a great view of the marina from both the living room and master bedroom, which really gives it that “vacation” feel. You could tell it was freshly cleaned when we arrived, and we were very comfortable during our entire stay. The property is walking distance to some nice restaurants, and maybe another 1-2 miles from a TON of other restaurants, shopping, Publix (grocery store), hospital, and highways. It was really a fantastic location! We really enjoyed our stay here and will absolutely book here again in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the host or the condo. We had to evacuate from Helene and things were very up in the air from the start. The condo was so refreshing and relaxing, it truly felt like home away from home. The hosts were so wonderful working with us during such a stressful time. Our checkout date changed a few times and booking was very last minute but they accommodated every single need. We come to MB several times a year and this will definitely be our go to condo. The views, the peace, the serenity and the host being so attentive, welcoming and patient. Wonderful recommendations and instructions. We will be back! If you’re on the fence, get off and book it! It’s beyond expectations and pics don’t do it justice. I can’t say thank you enough to all of the host!

Our stay was awesome. We were looking for a peaceful getaway and it was that and more. Steven was super helpful and accommodating. He provided restaurant recommendations that we really enjoyed. When we will surely look for this location when we return to the area. The view was nice as well.

My stay was extraordinary. The condo was impeccably clean and I loved that. The atmosphere was totally awesome and the location was very quiet. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats passing by and watching the locals commute to the mariner with their families, coolers and lunch going to spend a day out on the water in their Pontoon. Steven was very awesome and kind and he kept in touch with me ensuring that all was well and to see if I needed anything. He also emailed me with wonderful place to eat. It was so nice I didn’t want to leave. Thank you Steven.

"The Airbnb and the location was absolutely beautiful and the host Steven were fantastic they laid out every instruction you needed for the trip will definitely be back!" The view from the balcony of the marina was amazing. The security was pleasant and very helpful. I recommend staying here for your next vacation..

I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats passing by and watching the locals commute to the mariner with their families, coolers and lunch going to spend a day out on the water in their Pontoon. Steven was very awesome and kind and he kept in touch with me ensuring that all was well and to see if I needed anything. He also emailed me with wonderful place to eat. It was so nice I didn’t want to leave. Thank you Steven.

This place was a ten out of ten and I recommend everyone to stay at Steven’s place. When I tell you pictures don’t do it justice. Great place and we will be returning soon

"The Airbnb and the location was absolutely beautiful and the host Steven were fantastic they laid out every instruction you needed for the trip will definitely be back!" The view from the balcony of the marina was amazing. The security was pleasant and very helpful. I recommend staying here for your next vacation..
