🚗 Is parking included?
✅ Yes. Free parking for ONE vehicle per unit. Be sure to follow the resort requirements and signage for parking to avoid being towed.
🎟️ You’ll receive one parking pass, strictly enforced by the HOA.
❌ Extra parking passes are not available.
🅿️ Need additional parking?
ℹ️ Nearby public garages are available, including the Pavilion Parking Garage (approx. $50/week, subject to change).

🏊 Are pool wristbands required?
✅ No. No pool bands, no hassles. You will have a pool door code included in your guest guide.

🧹 Do I need to clean or do laundry before leaving?
❌ No. You’re on vacation!

Wash dishes or run the dishwasher (if used)

🐾 Are pets allowed?
❌ No. Pets are not permitted per HOA rules.
📩 If you’re traveling with a pet, message us — we manage other nearby pet-friendly properties.

🚭 Is smoking allowed?
❌ No smoking of any kind inside the unit or on the balcony.
⚠️ Smoke remediation is costly — violations result in a minimum $250 fee.

🍽️ Is the kitchen stocked?
✅ Yes. The kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. Food items are removed between guests. Feel free to bring any food or specialty items you prefer.
