Welcome to this stunning oceanfront condo - your dream vacation awaits! The unit is in Duneside I, which is located in the highly desired area, Garden City. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 10 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **STAIRS required - 3 flights** From the parking lot, take the stairs to your unit (3rd floor) and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.

Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Large family room area with direct oceanfront views. Large sectional couch with plenty of seating.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Direct oceanfront views.

Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Spacious! 2 double beds.

Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo - located in the hallway between bedroom 1 & bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3: Single bed + a queen. Half bathroom attached.

Bathroom 3: Half bathroom - attached to bedroom 3.

Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.

Great weekend with family. Beautiful views of the beach and sunrises right from the balcony of the condo. Everything was exactly as described in the pictures and description. Within walking distance of great restaurants. Steven gave great recommendations for place to eat while staying in the condo.

No, because the place had a moldy smell, and seagull poop all over the patio banister that I had to clean. The walls kept running brown stuff down even after I wiped the wall. In the middle room it looked like mold was on the wall by the vent. It just didn’t feel clean to me, so I did my own cleaning. The walls in the living room were peeling off. The place just did not meet my expectations. I also, didn’t realize I had to go up about 3 flights of stairs, toting heavy bags and etc. to get to the condo. There is no type of elevator. Steven was the best host ever. I would recommend him anytime, because he is great at what he does.

We certainly strive to make sure our properties are cleaned to a high standard (including the exterior to the best of our ability). We did offer to have the cleaning team, and our staff come and look at/address the issues but weren't afforded the opportunity. We did a thorough inspection after you departed to make sure there were no present issues for future guests. Regarding the stairs, any future guests should be aware that there are stairs required and there is no elevator at the property, per the listing. Thanks again!

On the beach with a great view! We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again. Steven was always helpful and responsive. He even messaged us that early check in would be available. The unit is clean and comfortable. It looks exactly as described. The back bedroom is a little harder to keep as cool but we have stayed in 3 other units at this building and they all are. Knowing that, just bring an extra fan for that one room. Thanks for a great accommodation.

I couldn’t have asked for a better condo! Super spacious and had a large open living room area with a big comfy couch for everyone to pile Up on and watch movies at night. Immaculately clean and had oceanfront perfect view. Located on Top floor so you do not hear people walking on top of your unit and was super quiet and private. Walking distance to downtown garden city pier, bars and arcades! Perfect location!

This unit has beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Really loved to sit on the porch and enjoy the scenary during the stay. The unit has many beds (three bedrooms and each have private bathrooms, one of the bathroom does not have shower). Very comfortable stay for our family. The kitchen has new appliances, stove and washer and dryers appear to be new. The cabinets are kinda of broking down. The stuffs in the kitchen are also bit old and messy. The unit is clean, but some of the beddings have a smell, smell like they have been soiled? not fresh. Other than that, it is a nice unit with a good price. You should definitely make sure you get a unit that is ocean front and enjoy the sea.

We enjoyed a peaceful week here and found the place was perfect for two couples. We loved being so close to the water and appreciated the walkability of the beach. In addition we explored other nearby sites like Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and the historic and pretty town of Georgetown. All in all this place met our needs for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We had great communication with our host before our visit and knew he was there if we needed assistance. We'd gladly stay here again!

The condo was very nice. There was some stains on the couch that stood out. Also, I didn't like having to do cleaning (Stripping the beds, taking the trash out and putting dishes away. Especially since I paid for cleaning service. The view was great and the location worked perfectly.

Spacious and clean condo right on the beach. Plenty of room for my family of 6. We loved sitting on the balcony and even saw some dolphins one morning.

Very nice place right on the beach. Was very clean, great location and Steven was very responsive. Only downfall was it was tough for our older parents with all of the steps.

Great weekend with family. Beautiful views of the beach and sunrises right from the balcony of the condo. Everything was exactly as described in the pictures and description. Within walking distance of great restaurants. Steven gave great recommendations for place to eat while staying in the condo.

Steven was a pleasure to book a stay with . He was prompt with booking my stay and prompt on answering any questions I had . I had a great vacation and plan to book another stay with him in the future. Overall everything was outstanding

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings just listening to the sound of the crashing waves. Steven was very communicative and prompt to respond. Hope to return sometime!

Hosts were extremely proactive and helpful leading up to the stay and during the stay! Their place was right on the beach and within walking distance of the pier. It was great!

No, because the place had a moldy smell, and seagull poop all over the patio banister that I had to clean. The walls kept running brown stuff down even after I wiped the wall. In the middle room it looked like mold was on the wall by the vent. It just didn’t feel clean to me, so I did my own cleaning. The walls in the living room were peeling off. The place just did not meet my expectations. I also, didn’t realize I had to go up about 3 flights of stairs, toting heavy bags and etc. to get to the condo. There is no type of elevator. Steven was the best host ever. I would recommend him anytime, because he is great at what he does.

On the beach with a great view! We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again. Steven was always helpful and responsive. He even messaged us that early check in would be available. The unit is clean and comfortable. It looks exactly as described. The back bedroom is a little harder to keep as cool but we have stayed in 3 other units at this building and they all are. Knowing that, just bring an extra fan for that one room. Thanks for a great accommodation.

I couldn’t have asked for a better condo! Super spacious and had a large open living room area with a big comfy couch for everyone to pile Up on and watch movies at night. Immaculately clean and had oceanfront perfect view. Located on Top floor so you do not hear people walking on top of your unit and was super quiet and private. Walking distance to downtown garden city pier, bars and arcades! Perfect location!

This unit has beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Really loved to sit on the porch and enjoy the scenary during the stay. The unit has many beds (three bedrooms and each have private bathrooms, one of the bathroom does not have shower). Very comfortable stay for our family. The kitchen has new appliances, stove and washer and dryers appear to be new. The cabinets are kinda of broking down. The stuffs in the kitchen are also bit old and messy. The unit is clean, but some of the beddings have a smell, smell like they have been soiled? not fresh. Other than that, it is a nice unit with a good price. You should definitely make sure you get a unit that is ocean front and enjoy the sea.

We enjoyed a peaceful week here and found the place was perfect for two couples. We loved being so close to the water and appreciated the walkability of the beach. In addition we explored other nearby sites like Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and the historic and pretty town of Georgetown. All in all this place met our needs for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We had great communication with our host before our visit and knew he was there if we needed assistance. We'd gladly stay here again!

The condo was very nice. There was some stains on the couch that stood out. Also, I didn't like having to do cleaning (Stripping the beds, taking the trash out and putting dishes away. Especially since I paid for cleaning service. The view was great and the location worked perfectly.
