Inside, settle down on the day bed to take a much-needed load off. On the flat-screen TV, you can watch your favorite shows, so be sure to gather around for some late-night popcorn and movies.

Whenever hunger strikes, head over to the well-equipped kitchen to heat up some leftovers or pack a picnic you can take with you to the beach. On those days you decide to dine in, you can gather around the dining table with a terrific family meal or romantic dinner for 2 that won’t break the bank. If cooking isn’t your thing, enjoy a lovely night out at one of the over 1,900 restaurants of the Grand Strand area. After all, you’re on vacation to relax.

Come nighttime, cuddle up for a peaceful night of rest in one of the private bedroom’s king bed after tucking the kids in to one of the twin beds with real memory foam mattresses on the daybed and pullout trundle.

Guests will have access to fabulous shared water amenities. Go for a swim in the indoor or outdoor pools, soak in a relaxing hot tub, let the kids splash in a kiddie pool, or enjoy a leisurely float along the lazy river.

Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon.  The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.

Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.

Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.

Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be provided with enough. We receive limited numbers of pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.

Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.

Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.

Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.

Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

Guests will only have access to water amenities in this resort. Commercial amenities run by resort management, including the store, restaurant, and bar, are limited to direct rentals only. However, our rates are often hundreds of dollars less than the resort charges and we believe our property is nicer and more comfortable. It is a fantastic value and you still get all the water amenities!
