so overall i enjoyed my stay, the 4 beds was a must, location was great, and the laundry machines were great to have too. a couple things to note that could be worked on were the cleanliness for the room. we discovered the sheets from the pullout couch were not washed and had dark stains on them. another set of sheets looked to have blood on them. pillows had dark stains on them underneath the cases. behind the one beds in the front room laying on the ground was an old hersheys bar and was discovered from a necklace being lost and found behind the headboard. dishes were left dirty and put away acting as if they were clean. we liked the room it’s just it was not cleaned well at all to be frank. not sure if your cleaning crew just doesn’t care to clean but they appeared to not try. one last thing that was kind of an inconvenience was how the pictures were advertised and we had discussed the building we would be staying in before we arrived only to get here and go to the wrong building.

I'll start by stating that Steven and his team were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I had some issues with my room but Steven and his team addressed them promptly and did their best to make my stay accommodating. Now for the room itself the owner should be ashamed of the condition they have their condo in to rent to people. The place needs updated and the washer/dryer took forever to clean and dry my clothes. Steven did do what he could to fix that problem for me which he did have someone come try to fix the issue but to no avail. we had to wait hours for our clothes to wash. Steven was kind enough to offer me compensation for all the issues I had which I hope they take from the owner for their negligence. Thank you Steven for doing everything in your power to make my vacation enjoyable. I would definitely go with Steven again without a doubt but not this room.

We had trouble finding the condo at first but after a couple minutes we eventually found it. The code to enter the condo didn't work at first but after I messaged Steven and his co-hosts they were quick to respond and provide the right code to entry. The place looked spotless and there was definitely time taken to make sure the condo was in suitable condition for us. I had trouble finding the parking passes but Steven was quick to respond again. Using the elevator at this establishment was a problem however since we almost got stuck inside them a couple times and the elevator did send us down after we tried going up one time. That didn't have anything to do with Steven however. Steven provided us with great restaurant suggestions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, we had a great experience in Myrtle Beach thanks to Steven and will definitely look to book one of Steven's condos in the future when we visit Myrtle Beach again.
