Steven is a great host and this was a great property. Very quick to respond and helpful throughout our entire stay. Room was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. Will definitely be back!

We stayed a week and it was perfect for the two of us. The ocean view was beautiful and the area in general seemed more private than being directly in the center of Myrtle beach which we loved. The host had great communication with us and provided us some local restaurants to eat at if we were interested. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Beautiful Ocean views from the bedroom and the balcony. The cloths washer/dryer combo was a huge hit for my family. We would visit this location again.

Absolutely gorgeous! Amazing views! Will 100% stay here again and refer to friends and family. Perfect for couples or small families!! Even the bedroom window faces the beach!! Kitchen fully equipped and condo fully furnished with all necessities.

I really enjoyed staying this this apartment. It is well equipped and it felt like a temporary cosy home base. I stayed for three weeks - both work and leisure and wanted a place which is not a sterile hotel room. The view from the 12th floor is gorgeous, especially if you want to watch sunrise over the Atlantic ocean with a morning cup of coffee on the balcony. The complex is also very friendly and relaxing - various pools, jacuzzis, deckchairs, bar with a terrace, gift shop and it is just a few steps from the beach. Communication with the host was prompt and not much necessary since thisgs were clearly organised and explained beforehand. . When going back to Myrtle Beach I will consider this place again.

We stayed here for our annual Mother's Day getaway and had a wonderful stay. Host was very nice and helpful. Its an end until so we had an amazing view. Beach and pool access was a breeze. Had plenty of ammenities and was comfortable. Thank you, Steven for sharing your space with us !

First let me start by saying Steve did great communicating and answering questions quickly. This was a fast weekend trip for us, so I was fine with how the condo was. But I would not take my young kids to this place to stay any longer than what we did. There was dust and debris under air condition units. The condo was clean but you could tell no deep clean had been done in a while. I have a baby who was crawling all over the place so this was not good in that case. The pulldown bed, behind it was very dirty and had a bad smell coming from it. The sheets had a weird smell to them also, even the ones that came right out of the new bags. And lastly, (not condo or owner related- so not their fault). But the whole weekend all we smelled was weed. This would be a good place to stay for a few nights, just adults. But I would not recommend if you have young children or if you don’t like smelling weed the whole time.

Super responsive host! Can’t beat the view from the balcony - logged in lots of time in those fabulous chairs. Bonus having the end unit to be able to enjoy an ocean view from the bedroom. Loved the bright cheerful beach decor. Didn’t get to use it but nice to have the combo washer/dryer.
