Steven’s place is a great spot, right on the beach. It was great to be able to walk out of our room, down the steps, and be at the beach within minutes. There were beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit to use. The washer in dryer was a god send, it saved us so much space being able to pack less and wash our clothes and towels daily. The unit was exactly as described. The private balcony was nice for relaxing and for drying out our beach/pool toys. It also poured rain during our stay and the street and parking lot for the condos next door to us completely flooded (bad) but our lot did not. The 2 bedrooms and pull out couch was perfect for our family of 5. We would stay here again!

This place was very nice and just as described. It is on the beach and very conveniently located. There was quite a bit of street and neighbor noise even at night that did cause a few sleep disturbances.

Great place in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Direct access to the beach and parking right at the room. Everything was nice and clean and provided for. A great week at the beach with my wife and grandkids. Would use again.

Steven was an amazing host, very responsive and so kind. We stayed at his place for a couple days, easy to Find right at the beach. And so clean. The beds were absolutely so comfortable I can’t say the for other Places I have stayed, but felt like I was right at home. Everything was so perfect definitely will be staying here again.

Good 2 bed space for a couple of days at the beach. It’s 3 flights up, stairs only, which was not an issue for us, but could be for others. Steven was very responsive, and accomodating.

Great stay at Steven’s place. All was described accurately and to the point. Enough space to spread out for my husband and twin teens. Access to the beach was right there! And not far from groceries and restaurants!

This place is absolutely perfect for a small family on a budget! This place comes fully equipped to stay at the beach. We had zero issues. The host are super friendly and quickly to respond!

I am happy that I chose Steven’s place over an hotel. The place is really nice and well worth what I paid. The hosts are awesome and reachable during your stay they respond within minutes when emailing. They also provide good recommendations. I will stay with them again.

The Room was clean and well supplied. It was right on the beach and walking distance to Main St. The only thing i would add to the listing is, it's a third floor room with stairs only. It wasn't a problem for us but might be something seniors would want to know. We enjoyed our stay! Thank You for the opportunity!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! Steven, Austin, and Clayton are all very responsive and helpful! Any time I had a question or needed something, they responded in a couple of minutes. They offered great recommendations when we asked and their service to us was awesome. We had two very rainy days due to a tropical storm but we still enjoyed being inside of the Chateau. We thankful were thankful for a last sunny day! The place itself was quaint and cozy for my wife and I with plenty of space if we wanted to bring others. This complex being right on the beach and having its own access was wonderful. We never felt like “tourists.” The location itself, although the unit sat on the said of the main road, was quiet and just what we were looking for. My wife and I will definitely be back again!

Very happy with our stay. We were a family of five. My wife and I + three older kids (17, 14, 11). Location was great, beach and pool were within a few min walk! You can dive into tourism as you wish, with Myrtle Beach a short ride away, or enjoy North Myrtle Beach…we did both. My oldest used the sleeper sofa, mattress was good, no complaints! Host was great, very responsive. No insects in the unit, which was awesome. They had some beach chairs for us too! I actually packed some paper products, like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Worked out perfectly for us but there are grocery stores, shops, great restaurants…all over the place. We cooked a few meals and ate out too. Stairs were three stories, but we looked at it as a good exercise opportunity! We were first times to Myrtle Beach…so glad we locked in something just a few min walk to the beach with beach parking, etc. Sunrises we’re beautiful! Beachfront is clean, pool was great too! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Steven ‘s home. Very clean and it had all what we needed. We walk few seconds to the beach. Steven responds to our messages very quickly and he gives clear instructions as well as good recommendations of good restaurante. We will definitely come back!

Our stay in the condo was fantastic! Everything was very clean, we had everything we needed and all the appliances were up to date and worked well. Our host was amazing! He worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all questions within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this property and the hosts.

We are North Myrtle regulars and have stayed at many places along the oceanfront but this was our first airbnb at NMB. It’s hard to find a unit that rents dailies and is affordable so we were happy to have found this place last minute AND right on the beach! The unit was very clean and nicely decorated with new furniture. For being an older building, I was very impressed with all the updates to this unit that made it feel up-to-date and comfortable. While the view from the unit was not the best, I was pleasantly surprised at how the beach was not overly crowded especially being wedged between 2 high-rises on a weekend. Great place and great hosts!

Good stay for what we paid. A few things could be fixed. For example the ceiling in the hallway is falling out. The bathroom fans also are not working properly. Beds are also a little noisy when you move a little. Back porch railing is also loose. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience.

We really enjoyed this stay. Great beach access, lots of great restaurants, lots to do within a short distance. Our host was VERY quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely stay at this property and with this host again in the future.

Clear instruction and responsive hosts. Comfortable furniture. Easy beach access and close to restaurants and shops. Only complaint was the AC didn’t evenly cool the bedrooms. The host supplied fans which did help. The unit is on the 3rd floor on the street, you can hear traffic and people during the day and night.

The place was beautiful and super clean! It was also pretty spacious from what I thought it was going to be. Beach is right behind so it was such a quick walk to the beach, also super friendly, fast at responding and gave great recommendations!

The condo was awesome! It has two great hosts who are very very responsive. Any time I ever had a question or needed help, I received a response in less than a couple of minutes. You will not find a better beach front condo on ocean drive for a better price.

very nice place and clean and the host was very helpful and professional right on the beach and on 17 so you got bout views the only thing i didn't like was out of his control but i like to smoke a cigar but i don't inside anyway but this building had a no smoking on property so i didn't really like that. The stay was very nice and condo was very nice so i would suggest to stay there.
