Welcome to this incredible beachfront condo located in a charming oceanfront complex situated in North Myrtle Beach, SC! This condo is filled with natural light and boasts beautiful upgrades throughout! This is a direct oceanfront unit in the complex - unparalleled views.

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Large family room area with access to the balcony. Sleeper sofa!

Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with access to the balcony! King bed.

Bathroom 1: Newly renovated - must see!

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway between bedrooms.

Balcony: Peaceful and spacious balcony. Beachfront!

Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool! Moreover, enjoy the spacious oceanfront sun deck. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

This was a great unit with a beautiful ocean front view, and great porch for watching the sunrise. Steven was also an exemplary host. I would say the only challenge was the steep stairs getting up to the unit, on the 2nd floor. So, if you have any mobility issues, this place is not for you. All the amenities in the condo and on property were great, they even had 2 beach chairs for us to use!

I can’t say enough about Steven and the condo we rented from him. The condo was beautiful and soooo clean. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was just like being at home, fully stocked. The little extras in kitchen and bathrooms were an appreciated touch. Steven was very accommodating and we had excellent communication with him. We loved our stay. I look forward to dealing with Steven next year when we book our next vacation. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Excellent, excellent experience!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The stairs at the front of the building are safer than the ones closest to the condo. They are not as steep and treads are wider. We are older so that matter to us. Location and beach area are nice.

The condo was a great find. The view was wonderful and the location was great, too. The condo is in-person like you see in photos. Once inside the condo, you have such a great crow from the living room and the primary bedroom. It is also nice that the primary bathroom is in the bedroom suite. The condo was a wonderful find. Several things to note about the overall condo building. This condo is up two full flights of stairs that are fairly narrow. There is a switchback after the first flight of stairs. There is not an elevator. You can park either in the lot or under the building. This was a good option to have! Also, the building itself is in need of a good cleanup (there was construction materials that had been removed and placed under the building in the parking area), new carpets or floorings on the common walkways to the condos, and an overall update to the siding and wood railings. Overall, a great condo! I enjoyed my stay a great deal! Hosts were very attentive!!

The view of the ocean was amazing and the location. There was noise during the day they we’re remodeling the unit next door. And the unit above us had kids that were running day and night. Was close to restaurants and shops.

Great place for what we were looking for in a beachfront unit. Only negatives were no elevator and lacked some silverware. Only had 3 teaspoons. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I have absolutely zero complaints. A beachfront apartment at this price… Outstanding! Steven’s place turned out to be way more than I expected. I appreciate the recommendations for food and attractions in the area and the cleanliness of the unit. Response time was pretty much instant and the location is perfect. I can’t say enough about Steven and the condo we rented from him. The condo was beautiful and soooo clean. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was just like being at home, fully stocked. The little extras in kitchen and bathrooms were an appreciated touch. Steven was very accommodating and we had excellent communication with him. We loved our stay. I look forward to dealing with Steven next year when we book our next vacation. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Excellent, excellent experience!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The stairs at the front of the building are safer than the ones closest to the condo. They are not as steep and treads are wider. We are older so that matter to us. Location and beach area are nice.

The condo was a great find. The view was wonderful and the location was great, too. The condo is in-person like you see in photos. Once inside the condo, you have such a great crow from the living room and the primary bedroom. It is also nice that the primary bathroom is in the bedroom suite. The condo was a wonderful find. Several things to note about the overall condo building. This condo is up two full flights of stairs that are fairly narrow. There is a switchback after the first flight of stairs. There is not an elevator. You can park either in the lot or under the building. This was a good option to have! Also, the building itself is in need of a good cleanup (there was construction materials that had been removed and placed under the building in the parking area), new carpets or floorings on the common walkways to the condos, and an overall update to the siding and wood railings. Overall, a great condo! I enjoyed my stay a great deal! Hosts were very attentive!!

We visited for 4 days for my daughter’s 5th birthday! We loved the location for our young children; quiet and not crowded. We had a great time! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The view of the ocean was amazing and the location. There was noise during the day they we’re remodeling the unit next door. And the unit above us had kids that were running day and night. Was close to restaurants and shops.

Great place for what we were looking for in a beachfront unit. Only negatives were no elevator and lacked some silverware. Only had 3 teaspoons. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I have absolutely zero complaints. A beachfront apartment at this price… Outstanding! Steven’s place turned out to be way more than I expected. I appreciate the recommendations for food and attractions in the area and the cleanliness of the unit. Response time was pretty much instant and the location is perfect. I will definitely look him up on Airbnb when I return. Thank you Steven. Fred
