Easy to find with easy parking. The steps on the further ends of the property are wide and normal. Others are narrow and steep. Plenty of exterior lighting for security. The beach is a minimal distance. The interior design & appliances is excellent. Very clean. Beach view is nice. The old style wire frame & coil mattress with add-on pillow top has an almost "jello" effect from the lack of support. It may leave you with a sore lower back & aching hips. (The place is nice — invest in quality mattresses for all rooms.) The peeve. A "lower than normal" price was advertised for first of October. However, there was no disclosure regarding significant construction on the premises - next door. Exterior wall repairs were taking place between condos. Ground to roof scaffolding blocked about 40% of the balcony. The current work area was on the wall beside the balcony. Just in case, we kept the blinds closed at all times. Would we stay again? Yes. With mattress updates and property inquiry.

Exactly what we were looking for. Spacious and cozy. Plenty of amenities nearby but still had the feeling of seclusion. The most peaceful spot on the beach! Stephen was an excellent host, answered all questions in a timely manner, and even recommended some nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here in the future!

This place was just as the listing shows. Steven was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. The only CON I would have, and at no fault of Steven, is the stairwell is narrow and kind of steep. Being it's two flights with no elevator, probably not good for an elderly person with mobility issues. Everything else is good and great location!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was well-appointed and spotless. The balcony, facing the beach, was fantastic. We loved sitting there, listening to the waves, and watching the activities. We had a great family vacation! Easy walk to the beach and nice area to walk around. The bedrooms were comfortable and living spaces were great. Steven was always responsive and helpful. Well worth the stay!

I was a little frustrated in the fact that the AC wasn’t working when we arrived. I work in industrial maintenance so I understand that equipment will fail but the fact that there was no thought of compensation for our inconvenience was a little disappointing. The tech worked his butt off and came back the next day and completed the job which was nice. As you can see from my reviews I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and do not complain about my stays and have had some great experiences. Lastly, like I said earlier just thought something would have been compensated for our inconvenience.

Hey Troy, I truly apologize that the AC was out when you arrived. It was working when we were there earlier for the walkthrough but must have failed in the couple hours between. Once notified, we had a tech out that night as soon as they could get there. Regarding a refund, I looked back through the message history and couldn't find any request for one. I do apologize if there was any miscommunication; however, I am happy we were able to get the AC back online for you. Thanks again for staying!

This was our first ocean front stay and it did not disappoint the view was amazing, the place was very comfortable and you can't beat 5 min or less walk to the beach. It really doesn't get any better than this! As far as somethings that could make the stay better I feel like they could offer a hair dryer to guest. I didn't think to look at the listing just because Im used to this just being at most places so we had to go out and buy one ....and a few other little necessity would be nice like a pizza cutter ( I know for us personally we always have pizza on the first night we get there to try to save money vs eating out ) and maybe some more pans for cooking with. But again overall a very nice stay and super friendly host!

This was a great lil spot on the beach! Beach view and access is so convenient and beautiful. There’s also so much to do all within a 30 min radius (besides beach). At this time of year it felt comfortable and private. It was a comfortable stay. Our hosts were so kind, proactive and informative. Great stay!

Overall a very cute ,comfortable clean space . Easy to unpack and start your vacation :). Quick access to the beach which was Beautiful! (quiet and clean.). The outside surrounding neighborhood felt safe for a nice morning or early evening walk. Steven was attentive and without hesitation fixed a couple minor things as soon as I brought it to his attention. Would definitely return and recommend a family getaway here ! Thank you

we had a wonderful time, the unit was clean and very comfortable. a few suggestions, i was told the pool was usable year round, which led me to believe the pool was heated, it was very cold. since we were at the beach, we expected to have some beach chairs or at least a few beach towels, but none were available, that’s not something we thought to bring. we arrived very late the first night and we did bring our own coffee, but since we didn’t know what type of coffee maker was available we didn’t bring any filters, none were available. overall it was a pleasant stay and i thank steven for keeping in touch.

Steven was the best host we have had, and the property was clearly cared for. He made the process very easy and communicated with my more than any other host I’ve ever had! The unit was cleaned very well (coming from my wife and I, who have very high standards for cleanliness). It was an easy walk to the beach and several local restaurants. We will definitely be back!!!
