Welcome to this mesmerizing oceanfront condo situated near Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, SC! This condo boasts beautiful upgrades throughout! Nearby you will find many restaurants, shops, and attractions to enjoy!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 3rd (top) floor.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Large family room area with access to the oceanfront balcony!

Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with access to the balcony! King bed.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds.

Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway between bedrooms.

Balcony: Peaceful and spacious balcony. Beachfront!

Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool! Moreover, enjoy the spacious oceanfront sun deck. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

Steve was an excellent super host. I was a little worried since this being my first time renting an Airbnb, but he made sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated his dedication by responding and acting quickly even with the small things. The location was great, and the view was awesome. I would rent from him again.

The condo looked as listed. It’s on the older side though and needs upgrades and a thorough cleaning. It rained while we were there and the ceiling leaked in multiple areas (kitchen and guest bedroom-running down the wall). This was on Friday and the HOA told the owner that no one could come until Monday (we checked out on Monday). Steven was very responsive to communication. Airbnb offered a refund to check out the next morning and book something else, but we couldn’t find anything. Steven did give us a credit for our hassle.

The condominium was exactly as pictured and included a wonderful view of the ocean. Our questions were responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. I would recommend this listing to friends visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

This is a nice place to stay don’t get me wrong, but it was hard on my 55 year old mother that had to walk all the stairs to get to our room everyday. Some things need to be replaced and cleaned a little better.
