This place was perfect walking distance to the beach. Supplied beach chairs and umbrellas to use, which was really nice! The pool was always clean and very refreshing to swim in on a hot day! It fit me and my family comfortably with the rooms and the beds!

Great communication. Photos were accurate. Plenty of space for us and our 3 adult daughters. Loved the location…just across the street from beach access. Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, and Dunkin Donuts. Easy drive to all other attractions. Loved the owner’s closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, cart, toys, etc. Nice balcony with partial ocean view and just above the pool. Would rent again.

it was a good location easy walk to beach the in side had a good lay out plenty of room. the elevator mad it easy to get everything up stairs they had luggage carts . the only thing i didn"t like was there was no parking pass but it was a great place would go back

Steven was a great host! Always super responsive within minutes when messaged. The condo was great and we will definitely be back in the future! Would definitely recommend. The walk to the pool and beach were such an ease with a toddler.

My adult children, husband, and I had a wonderful time at Steven’s place. It was large enough for each family member to have their own privacy, yet be together in cozy, living quarters. The place looked just like the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach across the street, as well as several yummy restaurants close by. The host was very responsive and even gave valuable information and recommendations for places in the area.

Great unit by the beach and extremely comfortable! stayed here for a few days with family and we absolutely loved it. Extremely responsive the whole time, and quiet location. Thanks Steven for a lovely stay

It was everything they listed it to be. I recommend it to everyone. The storage room had everything you needed for the beach, and the beach was less than a city block away, you could see it from the balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We loved that it was so close to the beach. We could access the stairs or elevator. Restaurants were close grocery stores were close everything was within a good distance. Exactly as pictured, great house. We would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was enjoyable and stress free. The space was just as advertised and provided us with a well stocked kitchen that didn’t warrant me needing to bring as many items. Would definitely return! There was some renovation taking place on the floor above, on our last two days but that I believe was a 1 time event.

It was a really nice vacation with my friends! When we arrived we were a little skeptical of how it would look on the inside, but when we walked in, it was so nice. The walk to the beach was not far so that was nice. The condo is in the middle of everything so it’s not too far from North Myrtle or South Myrtle, it’s right in the middle, which was nice. It truly was an amazing stay! I would book again. Checkin and checkout was really easy as well!

First time booking via Airbnb, had a great experience. Place was just as advertised, clean with plenty of space and amenities. Easy access to both the beach and pool, and Starbucks and Dunkin’s were within walking distance for us coffee lovers. Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay.. The place was very clean & across from the beach.. Steven & co hosts communicated very well & made us feel at home.. The only thing was the cable didn’t work in the living room.. But it was a Roku TV with apps so we were good.. Overall great stay I highly recommend..

Thank you so much for everything! The week at the condo was exactly what our family needed to get away. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. The beach chairs, wagon and sand toys were such a plus since we drove and did not have room to bring all of these items. This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we are looking forward to visiting again. The condo was very quiet and we were far enough away from all the hustle but close enough to drive to the board walk to enjoy the restaurants, shops and entertainment. Steve and the hosts went above and beyond with hospitality and recommendations for our family. I cannot say enough about how amazing our trip was! Thank you again for such a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach!

Great place to stay! Easy quick walk to the beach and several restaurants also close by! Hosts answered all messages in a timely fashion. The stay was exactly as described. Would highly recommend this airbnb.

Steven was an exceptional host. He was always available and easy to contact. The condominium was clean, updated, and ready to go. The location was great, everything was within a short walk or car drive. The attention to detail concerning the condition of the condo was exemplary and we would easily contact Steven again for accommodation. Wonderful experience. James Butler
