Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.

Living Area: Plenty of seating. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: King bed.

Bathroom 1: Attached.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin day bed.

Bathrooms 2: Full bathroom.

Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating!

Beach: Walk a few minutes downstairs to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Amenities: Outdoor complex pool.

HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Laundry: Private, in-unit.

Steven is very responsive! This is a very nice location with beautiful views. This location is within walking distance to food and drinks.

This was our first visit to NMB, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and charmingly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and our “ starter pack” of necessities worked out perfectly. Our host was quick to respond regarding a missing parking pass and with other questions we had.
