Come enjoy Bay Watch Resort - located in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in an stunning oceanfront resort - you will enjoy the unobstructed oceanview from your balcony PLUS being in a highly desired section of North Myrtle Beach. The resort has amenities for you and the entire crew to enjoy!

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.

Living Area: Plenty of seating. Sleeper Sofa + murphy pull out bed. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom: King bed. TV.

Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.

Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating!

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.
Important note: Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting December 3, 2025, through the end of March for essential upgrades to the pool equipment room. During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, hot tubs, and pool deck will be unavailable.

Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use - machines available in the same tower as this unit.

My family and I loved our stay. It was very busy but it was everything we wanted. Steven/the host was very helpful and communicated the whole time. The only issue we seen were some of the dishes were dirty which isn’t a huge deal we just ended up cleaning them. Other than that our stay was fantastic. The view was amazing, there were plenty of pools and things to do only a few minutes away! We were able to walk to get ice cream and even to a store one night. The people at the place were also very helpful and nice! We would recommend this place, we would also come here again in the future. Thank you!

We had a great time. The room had a beautiful oceanfront view. Baywatch Resort has so much to do. Stephen was a great host- he responded quickly to any questions I had! Definitely will be staying here again!

We had a wonderful time! Place was clean. Steven was very informative from detailed instructions on how to get in, to dining recommendations. Very easy to get to the beach with the beach access at the resort and multiple rinse off areas coming back from ocean to the pool area. Lots of pools, heated and non heated, as well as hot tubs. Ocean front view from balcony. Two elevators and a third one being renovated(not a bother, only seen them working on it twice during our stay and it was during the day and was not super loud) . Area had lots of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities to do.

The condo was perfect for us. Super clean, comfortable, with an amazing view. Very convenient location.

The room and the view were beautiful. We absolutely loved the outside table and chairs for our morning and evenings. The place was neat and everything perfectly visible. We however did not realize the bedroom was the front of the room so as soon as you opened the door you stood in the bedroom. You could still hear the ocean with the door cracked at all times. The elevators were a bit of a hassle with only one working elevator so during the day when heading out for the day or checking out you could be waiting a while for a ride down. Stairs are available but pack light. The parking garage elevator was unavailable the day we were leaving unfortunately. Our check in process was smooth other than we were given the wrong parking garage code but the front desk helped give the correct code. Loved the coded entry for the room saves the worry of losing a key!
